Doozie Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping: Our team ships from Monday through to Friday excluding holidays. The shipping cut off time is 3 pm Irish Time. Orders placed after 3 pm Irish Time will be processed the following business day. All shipping dates are pending payment verification for in-stock items. Our shipping policy outlines the following, please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to process before it is shipped deliveries occur Monday to Friday excluding holidays.  

Shipping cost is calculated on a ‘per item or ‘per order’ & is based on the shipping option you select at the check-out. We sometimes offer free shipping for specific shipping options in selected categories or free shipping depending on the value of the order. We constantly review our Shipping Policy to assure we’re up to date with external changes. Shipping policy

Most orders are shipped via An Post, Fed EX or UPS, within three days of your order, once payment is verified. Please allow 3 – 10 business days for delivery from the point of the processed item. 

We make every attempt to deliver your order as fast as possible. Still, we cannot guarantee the delivery time; we will provide an Expected Time of Arrival (ETA) with every order. To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. During holidays, please place your order at least one week before ensuring timely delivery.   1. International Shipping

Import Duties, Fees, and Taxes

All orders shipped to a destination outside of The Republic Of Ireland are subject to import duties, fees & taxes of the destination country.

Delays may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country’s Customs Department or Agency for Inspection. Doozie has no control over this process or additional charges associated with the delivery & importation of your order into your country. We do not benefit in any way from these charges, and we work closely with our brokers 

 & carriers to ensure a few days as possible. We are NOT responsible for any duties, fees or taxes that are incurred during the delivery of your order/package.

PLEASE note that it is your responsibility to obtain any necessary governmental permission and/or documentation for import approval, as well as to verify and pay all import charges including duties, fees & taxes.

  1. Customised Orders

We need a little more time to create your amazing personalised piece. Please allow an additional 14 to 28 business days for orders with personalised requests, for customised time-piece orders please 14 to 28 business days for processing. Once your payment is verified & your personalised item has been created your order will be ship with the shipping method selected during the check-out section of your doozie experience.

  1. Discreet Packaging

Here at & doozie, we understand our customer concerns about privacy and discretion. Everything we ship will be through plain cardboard boxes, nothing to mark glass pipes. Our shipping labels do not say & doozie, & we do everything we can to ensure our packages are discreet.

As such, our packages are shipped to you in standard shipping policy & boxes (Either a plain brown box or An Post priority mailbox). Our packages ship discretely – no mention of & doozie on the packaging.

  1. Items Broken in Shipping

Please follow instructions within our shipping policy section. ALL packages that are broken in shipping will be replaced with the same piece or an equivalent piece that has been agreed upon between doozie and the customer. Broken packages must be photographed and documented before a return package will be sent out. doozie must be informed of the break within two days of the customer receiving the package.

Please note: For all packages damaged or broken in shipping, we will remedy this issue as soon as we possibly can. Please remain calm and polite throughout the broken items replacement process; being angry about the situation will not speed up the process.

  1. Required signature

Deliveries to residential addresses typically do not require a signature, however, if one is required and no one is available to sign for the delivery, a note will be left noting the attempted delivery, after three attempts, the package will be returned to our doozie return centre.

  1. Email Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email informing you of your package being shipped. You can check your tracking via doozie website or with the carrier provider. If you have any concerns with your order & would prefer to speak to a member of the doozie team, please send your query to & allow 2/3 business days for a reply.

  1. Right to change to policy

Doozie reserves the right to change this policy at any time. Please check back from time-to-time to note any changes to our policies.

Please, expect delays due to COVID-19 restrictions 

Ireland & Northern Ireland: 1 to 3 working days 

United Kingdom: 3 to 5 working days 

European Union: 3 to 9 working days, depending on your country 

America, Canada: 6 to 14 working days
